Welcome! This space is a collaborative, ongoing effort between Teacher Leaders and Program Directors for the annual Summer Writing Institute, hosted by the Kennesaw Mountain Writing Project, a local Georgia site for the National Writing Project.
The deadline to apply to the 2009 Summer Institute is February 12, 2009.
2009 Summer Institute Dates:
Friday, June 12 – Thursday, July 2 Mon - Fri, 8am - 4:30pm
Introductory Potluck: Saturday, June 13 9am – 2pm
Materials from the 2009 Pre-Institute Workshop: Many of you asked about the template that was used for the "Where I'm From" poem we wrote in the Pre-Institute Workshop. The materials were modified, but you can reference them and make your own modifications.
