MORE ABOUT ME...
I joined the summer institute because: I was a fellow last summer and want to give back!

The best word to describe my attitude toward writing is: Love/Hate

The reason I became a teacher is: I sort of fell into it through a volunteer tutoring opportunity provided through KSU.

If I could change one thing about myself: I would be less obsessive.

If I could change one thing about my students: I want them to ask more questions and be more co-dependent in their learning.

If I could change one thing about my classroom: I would have a set of classroom computers for every student that walked through my door.

Outside of school, my interests are: bread, beverages, poetry, educational technology.

I read: mostly online, blogs and stuff, but also poetry and some non-fiction like "Stiff" and other bizarre or interesting science-type stuff.

I watch: too much tv. and people at the mall.

You should know: that I hate conflict.
